Hosting Environments
Backtrace uses AWS as its primary hosting provider. AWS provides high reliability and strict physical security of the data centers.
AWS EC2 is the primary compute provider for Backtrace. It is used for servers backing the core platform responsible for processing and persisting customer application data.
By default, Backtrace hosts in data centers that have SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certifications. Please see https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/programs/ for more information.
