We use Intercom for in-app messages and online chat support. If you'd like to reach out to use and you see the chat button in the lower-right, give it a click and send us a message. These messages are reviewed by our Support team.
We are available during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm ET, excluding holidays. If it's off-hours, or no one is around, we'll respond as soon as we can when we're back online. You don't need to stick around! Messages will be sent to your email address.
You may occasionally hear from us via in-app message throughout your Free Trial, when we release new features, or during regularly scheduled newsletters.
If you do not want to be contacted any further via in-app message, just let us know, either via the chat bubble or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll opt you out of messages so that future messages will no longer be sent your way. You will still have the chat function available to you should you want to connect with our Support team.
